signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
      SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 244(FIN)                                                                                     
      "An Act extending the termination date of the Citizens' Advisory                                                          
      Commission on Federal Management Areas in Alaska; and
